Job Position: Laboratory Researcher
Number of Positions: Several
Work Location: Lusi Port Town, Qidong, Jiangsu

Job Requirements:
1. Major Requirements: Chemistry, Pharmacy, and related majors, with an associate degree or above;
2. Skill Requirements: Solid professional knowledge, familiarity with common laboratory instrument operations, laboratory work experience preferred;
3. Other Requirements: Responsible and diligent work attitude, good teamwork spirit and communication skills;
4. Preferred Conditions: Local household registration or long-term residents in the area will be given priority.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Participate in the experimental work of the company's new drug R&D projects, complete the recording and analysis of experimental data;
2. Responsible for daily management of the laboratory and maintenance of instruments and equipment;
3. Assist the team in completing related research tasks to ensure the smooth progress of projects.
