  Recently, the Company has received many complaints from customers that they have purchased counterfeit products on the Internet, and the Company has also found on some websites that some unscrupulous merchants have labeled the Company's “Sixth Element” on their products without authorization to carry out network violations and infringing sales, which have caused others to be confused about the origin of the goods, thus disrupting the market and misleading consumers. The products in this category, regardless of the product category, have been labeled as “Sixth Element”. Such products are similar to the products produced by the Company in terms of product categories and appearance and color, which has a great negative impact on the goodwill of the Company, and for this reason, we hereby make the following statement: 
  (1), the Company has never authorized any business online sale of the Company's “sixth element” series of products, the Company reminds the majority of consumers, please go to the regular agents and stores to buy products, so as to avoid being cheated, if the products purchased from non-authorized agents and stores problems, the Company will not assume any after-sales Responsibility; 
  (2), the Company solemnly notifies the infringing merchants that any violation of business ethics, the use or misappropriation of the abbreviation of others' well-known trade names to seek undue benefits is illegal and will be sanctioned by the law; at the same time, any registration of the same or similar words in the name of the enterprise with another person as a trademark, which causes the relevant public to misrecognize the owner of the enterprise name and the trademark registrant or misunderstanding of the behavior, is also obvious. Unfair competition and malicious registration behavior, will also bear the corresponding legal responsibility. The Company reserves the right to take further legal action against the abovementioned illegal infringement. In order to safeguard the market order and legal dignity, the perpetrators of the above infringement are requested to immediately stop the infringement of the Company's goodwill and the right to enterprise name, otherwise, all the legal consequences arising therefrom shall be borne by the infringers.
